As head of UX & Design, I managed a team of UX and graphic designers. I worked closely with CEO / internal stakeholders to strategically meet, plan campaigns, and deliver low / high fidelity mockups to help exceed sales goals. Created campaign landing pages from scratch and worked in planning campaigns as well. Oversaw the migration from BigCommerce to Shopify. And contributed to, reviewed & approved UX and visual designs developed by the UX & Design team.
